Paula is a business consultant in the field of commercial operations, sales and marketing and general management at local and global level in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Paula has more than 20 years’ experience in leading and executing strategic projects, including product launches and designing cross-functional solutions across markets.
Based in Cambridge (UK), Paula currently provides expert support, advice and interim management to organizations operating in the US and UK. From start-ups to big organizations covering early development stages, product launch, commercialisation and lifecycle management.
Paula is driven by a genuine passion for people and important causes. She is proud to mentor a wide variety of professionals and serves on the Board of Trustees for non-for-profit organizations involved in health, education, homelessness and gender parity.
Paula is part of the Healthcare Businesswomen Association as a member of the European Operational Excellence Committee.
