If you’re rough sleeping
We work close with the Street Outreach Team, who will meet with the person who is rough sleeping and then if deemed appropriate will pass on their details to Jimmy’s who will then contact the person when a bed becomes available.
If you are sleeping rough please contact the Street Outreach Team on 01223 366 292 on weekdays from 08:00 – 16:00 or email sot.cambridge@cgl.org.uk. You can find out more about the Street Outreach Team here https://www.changegrowlive.org/street-outreach-cambridge/info.
If you need immediate support as the Street Outreach Team haven’t got back to you, such as a or a sleeping bag, you can come to us at 1 East Road, and we will aim to help, including making contact with the Team or giving directions to the day centre at Wintercomfort.
If you are concerned about a rough sleeper
If you have concerns, you can report them to Street Link https://www.streetlink.org.uk/. The details you provide are sent to the Street Outreach tea, to help them find the individual and connect them to support, which includes us here at Jimmy’s.
