For 2026 we are building on a huge amount of training and development activity from last year, continuing developing our learning culture, where we not only learn from each other, and best practice, but we learn from experience. We are also looking ahead to our exciting future, there is an awful lot of work to do this year, building on foundations laid in preparation for regulation and inspection and turning our ambitions into reality.
