Ian has recently retired after a 30 year career in Human Resources. Although he has worked in several industry sectors, the bulk of his career has been in pharmaceuticals, life sciences and medical devices. In his last two roles Ian was Chief People Officer for Cambridge based companies. Having worked at a senior level in both large and small organisations, managing complex situations, he is very excited to be joining Jimmy’s and hopes that his experience will be of help in the work that we do.
Outside work, Ian enjoys trying to get and keep fit. He can usually stay upright on a bike but his golf is still decidedly wobbly.
