451 Team Leader

This post marks an exciting opportunity for someone experienced, skilled and compassionate to lead a team providing gold-standard support to some of the most vulnerable people in Cambridge.

Jimmy’s 451 provides support and safe accommodation to 9 individuals with complex support needs arising from mental ill-health and substance dependency. Support workers take a slow and strengths-based approach to building meaningful relationships with residents to help them take their first steps towards recovery and independence.

As Team Leader, you will provide inspiring, skilled and supportive leadership to a dedicated team, helping them to achieve tangible positive outcomes for the individuals they support. Please read the full job description here.

If you are looking to make a real difference to people experiencing entrenched rough sleeping in Cambridge, we would love to hear from you. If you would like to arrange an informal chat about the role, feel free to email our Head of Services, bea.taylor@jimmyscambridge.org.uk .
