Wes joined Jimmy’s as Director of Performance, helping teams understand what is working well, where improvements are needed and how the organisation can make the best use of its resources. He works across Jimmy’s to strengthen services, improve accommodation and help deliver better outcomes for residents.
Before joining Jimmy’s, Wes worked as a business leader in the environmental and sustainability sector. During that time, he led teams in the UK and Vietnam and worked across business planning, service improvement, communications and organisational performance.
Wes is particularly interested in using data and people’s experiences to turn complex problems into practical improvements.
