Asha has lived and worked in Cambridge since 1999. In addition to being on the Jimmy’s board of trustees, she works as a consultant psychiatrist and associate clinical director for the local Mental Health Trust. She works mainly with people of working age who have high levels of mental health needs.
Her professional interests also include psychotherapies, mental health law and healthcare management.
She has two (now grown-up) children, both of whom have long since flown the nest.
She enjoys spending time in the garden when the weather is nice, but prefers to spend time indoors with her cat when it rains!
