With the number of people sleeping rough in England rising by more than a quarter last year* we are pleased to share that we are increasing our capacity at our East Road hostel. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, work has now started and we will be introducing 5 new bedrooms, meaning we can help even more people off the streets of Cambridge.
*On a single night in Autumn 2022, 3069 people slept outside, 26% more than in 2021, says the Department of Levelling Up, Communities and Housing.
