Personal data collected from you on registration and throughout your stay at Jimmy’s will be used to:

·Work with other professionals around your health, housing and benefits as long as this does not disadvantage you
·To provide, maintain or terminate the licence agreement made between you and Jimmy’s Night Shelter.
·For the purpose of equal opportunities monitoring, complying with statutes, statistical reporting or pursuing the legitimate interest of Jimmy’s Night Shelter.
It is your right to access any information you have given to Jimmy’s. You can take action to rectify, block, erase or destroy inaccurate information. If you want to
access or change inaccurate information, please write to Jimmy’s Manager.
It is your right to prevent the processing of the information you have given Jimmy’s if this is likely to cause damage or distress or if it is used for direct marketing.
It is your right to take action for compensation if you suffer damage by any
contravention of the Act by Jimmy’s Night Shelter.
You have the right to make a request to the commissioner for an assessment to be made as to whether any provision of the Act has been breached.
